For those of you who have careers right now, or are working on them:
What lead you to it?
Do you like it or is it just a job to you?
After you got memories back would you rather be doing what you are in those memories?

He probably thinks you're also a good guy.

Yeah he seems to think I'm really cool for some reason.

Did he call you manly?

Yep. He sure did.

That means he respects you.

[geckoman]

That does seem to be his way. Not that it makes much sense to me.
Of course you can't change his mind on things like that once he's decided he likes you.
It's not a bad trait honestly.

It's admirable.
He knows how to stick to his position.

[geckoman]

So are you someone from his memories? Or just someone he knows in Recolle?

[glaciers]

I have him in my memories.
We went to school together.

[geckoman]

School huh?
You happen to have any kind of powers like he does?

[glaciers]

I can create ice and fire.
It's excessive.

[geckoman]

Basically everyone is pretty excessive compared to me, kid. So I'm not gonna judge on that.
Still, that's an interesting talent you've got there.

[glaciers]

It's been pretty useful when the city's being weird.
Ice is easier to deal with than fire, less collateral damage.

[geckoman]

Long as you use it right sure.
How do you handle them being opposites?

[glaciers]

My body's just acclimatized to it.
It's useful, I guess.
No matter what the temperature is, I'm comfortable.

[geckoman]

That's different but yeah it's useful.
It's probably the first I've heard of someone having such opposite powers at the same time though.

[glaciers]

I was apparently bred specifically for these two powers.
So it's not exactly normal.

[geckoman]

[He frowns at his phone when he reads that. Having kids just to get certain power combinations?]

Well where you came from is always going to be with you, kid. It's just what you do about it now that matters.

[glaciers]

[As far as he knows, he's the outlier.]

Yeah...
Sometimes I have trouble remembering that.

[geckoman]

Just means you need people around to remind you when that happens.
Keep your head on straight and all that.

[glaciers]

I do my best.

All I can ask for really. Can't expect new habits to show up right away.
It's something to work on though.
