hey! a while back at the beginning of the month i talked about getting people together to start forming a training coalition/volunteer crisis response team or whatever (this thing) and then this whole month went completely stupid as usual.
so anyway i still want to do that! i know everybody who replied thought it was a good idea and i am hoping to do the first meeting maybe in the first or second week of may and we just hope that the city is a lot less annoying next month.

maybe may 6th or something?

until then if you did not talk to me about this already and you're interested in training and organizing and being part of a crisis response team let me know.

and being good with animals definitely counts, especially if we have to venture into areas with a lot of wildlife. how are you with monsters?

can you maybe kind of make sure you make it back alive? i happen to like you and also you have something incredibly important of mine.
what does assisted flight mean in this case?
we can see who signs up and work on getting you a few partners you can swap between.
leadership abilities are pretty good, minato. i'll keep that in mind.

you've been here for a while. that alone is pretty valuable, i think!
i was talking to matt about that, sort of. figuring out how to work with people off the app and everything. that would be a huge help since our priority is to also keep non-app people safe, too.

Assisted flight's like dragons and large birds and stuff. The same stuff Souji can do, if you've seen his.
That'll work out for the best. Having a variety of people and skills to choose from, depending on who fits the situation best.

I think this is a much better idea, I had thought to organize something at some point, but people are reluctant to work with the police, so let's do it the other way around, so we're working for you.

i haven't really paid attention to souji's stuff. but like what happened in the swamp with us and james and lalli, right?
that is really what i am hoping for for all of us. i think having one partner is great but i think as a failsafe multiples will be good.

do you remember enough from your courses that you could potentially teach other people if they needed it in a pinch? and the guide is really helpful.

a night watch team would be a good idea, now that you mention it. things tend to change overnight anyway, but maybe if we're on guard we can be prepared before it gets too weird?

i could use the extra hand organizing stuff, too. i had a guy approach me at the beginning of the month but i feel bad foisting all of it onto him.

Yeah, yeah, I see the irony. Honestly, I'm considering going back and finishing my nursing degree starting next semester just to make it a little less silly.

I mean yeah, infiltration seems like it's what my skillset's meant for. I guess I ought to put I got some weird reflexes too. I can land on my feet from a three story drop last I tested.

Yeah, that's it. Bird's easier to ride on, though. More compact, easier to maneuver.
With more numbers, it's harder to look after everybody and optimally coordinate. There's pros and cons.

It is what it is, and I get it.
And, frankly, yeah. My job is to keep people from needing to use their powers and weapons. But I can only do so much to stop that.

On the topic of unconventionality, though? No matter how ridiculous it is, I keep trying to encourage people to register their weapons with the city anyway. They'll do it, it's ridiculous, but they will.

My other self had this tech that'd let him make partner links? He'd be aware of everything his partner was doing in a fight, even if everything was chaotic.
The tech might be here in Recolle now, but I haven't tested it yet to say for sure .
