hi!!
i'm still getting used to this phone
(i really miss my actual phone it has to to super dead by now don't you think?)
i wanted to invite all of you to talk about the people who used to be on the app but aren't anymore
i feel like the more i think about the people i miss the less they seem to be missing
does that make sense?

it may be a little sad but i think talking about them will help
what do you love about the people you miss?
what do you wish you could tell them?
what was one of your favorite things you did with them?
is there a habit they had that you picked up?
who do you wish would get retrospec back
who are you glad doesn't have retrospec anymore
anything really!

let's talk about everyone so they don't disappear into this

i think more than not being able to spend time with them some people have trouble dealing with how they don't know what's going on
but i think it's still worth it to spend time with them
connections have to be kept!
so i hope you get to celebrate their birthdays with them!

But no, seriously, I get that. The lack of ability to connect with people as much because you either just have to spell it out and then watch as they don't get it or dance around what's going on in your life. It feels weird and wrong, like lying, at least to me.

But the connections? Especially for family, that's vital. On some level, I'm a little glad my one boy's girlfriend fell off the app too to make it easier on them.

At least I'm pretty sure they're still dating . . .

there are just some things they can't understand (anymore)
it's weird and it's sad but it's what we're living with

maybe you should check?
if they were dating when one was on and off the network i don't see why they wouldn't still be?

It's more to so with my boy's personality! I was surprised that they were dating in the first place... but now they're both off - well, when they appear again I'll be sure to check in on it.

I'm sure both'll complain at me for it though.
