A Trunk Full of Stuff

So this is a trunk that is definately bigger on the inside. I can fit a lot of stuff in here and I got it at the end of the year along with all of this wizarding school supplies. (Which completes all of the things required to get for the school my other self went to as a first year). Like... I don't know what to do with it all, most of the books are blank: 1. Two sets of plain work robes (black) 2. One pair of protective gloves (dragon hide) 3. One winter cloak (black, with silver fastenings) 4. name tags. 5. One plain pointed hat (black) COURSE BOOKS The Standard Book of Spells (Grade 1) by Miranda Goshawk A History of Magic by Bathilda Bagshot Magical Theory by Adalbert Waffling A Beginner's Guide to Transfiguration by Emeric Switch One Thousand Magical Herbs and Fungi by Phyllida Spore Magical Drafts and Potions by Arsenius Jigger The Dark Forces: A Guide to Self-Protection by Quentin Trimble OTHER EQUIPMENT 1 cauldron (pewter, standard size 2) 1 set glass or crystal phials 1 telescope 1 set brass scales Does anyone have memories of being in a school that was this structured? Or got a pile of books you can't read?

Transfiguration is magic where you turn something into something else.

Animagi (plural of Animagus) is a type of transfiguration. It is where a witch or wizard has the ability to turn themselves into an animal and back. It is a special process to become one and it is super complex, which includes holding a mandrake leaf in your mouth for a month.

A mandrake is a magical plant. Even it's cries (because yes they cry) can kill you. Though if it's a seedling the cries will only knock you out. But yeah, magic plants to weird magic stuff.

But you know what. Magic bullshit is magic bullshit, and he's increasingly convinced that he will never understand because there's nothing to understand. ]

Oh, yeah, some of this magic stuff is difficult. That's why I'm so annoyed the books are blank and will probably only fill in with memories I don't have yet.
