I'll keep this short and to the point to give you guys time to strategize, catch up, all of that.

Congrats on your Magatus missions. Looks like everything's been cleared out as best as we can, but the region's been evacuated thanks to a couple of factors.

The new problem is we just added a bunch of people to city limits.

I've got some good news and some bad news.

Bad news: need some people out in Pesgare to do some deepdiving and recovery. It doesn't look like there's anything out there that'll kill you, but I need something from down there to stabilize Recollé itself.

Good news: got the subway working. Did you know it was just about coding? That's a little crazy to me and okay, I might have found out on accident, but…whatever was blocking exits from the city was just a false creation.

It means getting out of here and checking out the progress outside. The trains will be ready for departure in about a week, I'll get some maps drawn up and everything. I could really use some of you on location scouting.

Finally…who knows about machinery? We've got a problem we should probably look into, but keeping track of that eye's a huge pain in the ass.

Well, it would be best to be cautious! Even if you have that power, it might not be very useful here in the city. Destroying a building could put plenty of people in danger.

Super convenient, since, basically my body and magic are tied together, I run out of magic, I die.

Not sure if in gaming terms that means, my magic costs health or if both my manna and health bar are connected.

[Since Al was homeless and didn't really have friends, he doesn't play too many video games, he plays enough to know the terms, but he isn't good at it. He would play more if he had people to play with. "Recently" fell in love with board games, so video games wouldn't be a big leap for him.]

I see, that could be dangerous! Try to be careful with it, it really would be a shame if something happened to you!

I'm glad you have those pepsis you can use though, that certainly sounds convenient.

Ummm, yes. It's a thing if we die, we lose our memories and abilities and come back...if I recall correctly in a few days and we start all over again as if we just got on the app.

I personally didn't read the details, cause I rather just, not die.

My apologies, I'm still getting used to all of this and I'm afraid some of it might have gone right over my head...

I do agree that it's something that we'd all be better off not doing, but I suppose that is good to know in case something catastrophic does happen.

Don't worry about it, I should have asked first.

Cause it's seriously a lot of stuff and easy to get into a huge crisis over it and going through one doesn't mean you won't have another.

I freaked out last month when I had an eyeball on my left hand for a week.

Unfortunatly yes.

Sometimes they are loosely based on our memories.

For example, I remember being in a very dark place, literally and metaphorically.

A friend had to help me get out, details don't matter right now.

Later, I suddenly became blind, I tried to take a sick day and listen to podcasts, youtube, etc.

I got my sight back when my sister stumbled in my room and I asked her for help.

I'm so sorry, that sounds dreadful. Has anything like that happened to you recently?

No, memory induced experiences? No idea.

There was a while last month that for some reason, someone was spreading rumours about me being dead and it spread like wildfire.

Some people on the app even thought I was dead. So many different stories.

The craziest one I heard was that I joined some crazy eye fire cult and died there as part of a ritual or something.

Really? That sounds awful... I can only imagine how difficult it was to explain that to the people who had thought you died...

Oh yeah, overlapped with me having the eyeball on my hand.

Had to keep texting Mom so she wouldn't panic about me being dead. THAT was the hardest bit.

One was actually kinda fun...guy was robbing my friend, I chase him down and he looks at me like he saw a ghost "but...but I heard you got shot!" "I'm just that hard to kill...now pass my friend's purse"

I'm sorry your friend had to go through that, but that does sound like quite the story! I'm glad you were able to do some good with it, even though I'm sure it was very difficult.

She gets robbed every other week.

Granted she is in a wheelchair(Which, seriously, trying to rob a girl in a wheelchair is LOW!), if I were her I would seriously think about having a gun or something. But she would rather pay me to be her muscle.

It was fun seeing that kind of response and if there is anything I like about the app, the ridiculous stories you get to tell, or how I can pass it off as "Creative writing" for my English homework
