It's been brought to my attention (again) that some of you are looking for compensation for the work you're doing. I'm open to that. So tell me, Retrospecters, what is it that you're looking for? Money? Answers? None of the above? I'm all ears. The scouting project seems to be working out okay. I don't know if any of you have found a place that's really good to relocate or recover but maybe we should talk about that, too. …finally, bit of a morality question for you. Both of them are about as convoluted as you think, but not impossible. Wait, not finally. Thought I was all about killing the shit out of Vanderweele, but he's falling down my priorities a little.

Pretty sure the compensation we get is to stay alive. All the money in the world doesn't fuckin' matter if there's no world for tomorrow. Much as I hate sounding like a fucking narc, let's do the job and we'll see what else we need for pay at the end of it.

I don't care what everyone else's priorities are and what the rest of you plan on doing. It doesn't take all of us to kill him. If I have to do it alone - without help from you, Mr. Carlisle, as I've never required that - then so be it. If others choose to come with me, then so be it.
