This means that as with Chocobos all NPCs will insist this is how things have always been and history/movies/etc will back them up. In honor of St. Patrick's Day characters will find a request from Retrospec to upload a picture of themselves to the network in which they are wearing something green. They will find themselves shocked lightly by their device if they try to use it without complying. Rude? A non-triggered memory regain can be earned through participation in this post in honor of Lucy's birthday the holiday with proof of a single thread with at least five comments from your character. If you plan to redeem this, please submit it to our regains page with the explanation of "March freebie". This must be submitted before April to be valid! Regardless of whether or not a character earns the freebie, all characters will find a gold coin with the Retrospec logo on one side and a Chocobo on the other. On the outside edge of the coin they will find "Jim, put a meaningful quote here. - Janet" engraved in a beautiful font. The Chocobo will morph into a horse should your character obtain the memory regain from the event; it will stay a Chocobo if your character does not obtain the memory regain. Every toplevel can be considered a new post, and threadjacking is permitted. No NPC response will be given. I am not sure if you watched the whole video, but it was clearly a marriage proposal.
So, either they're trolling us, or the theory that they just have no idea how to fuck run a company has been proven to us by this Jim Halloway who apparently thinks that important updates should be combined with marriage proposals.
Really, really bad marriage proposals.

So, his idea of a marriage proposal was that awful video and to transform fruit in all of our stores and homes forever, while leaving us these inane coins with stupid phrases on them? No, I think you are right.

They do not know what they are doing, whatever their intent.

Mystery number two - there are no answers at their store. Only insanity. I touched one of the stones I found there and was driven to distraction by feelings of homesickness. There was nothing more there. One more puzzle, every time, with no returns.

I do not know that I will ever find answers there.

For all we know there might not be answers there because they don't want us to find them.
Because think about it.
They didn't have put that building there. No one would have blinked if there were no headquarters for an app of all things.
But they went through the trouble of putting it there so it has to mean something.

I will likely check every time I hear something changes, but I suspect that there are no answers there. It is a ruse to waste our time, much like many things. There is nobody there, so perhaps it is a glorified way of keeping us busy.

Perhaps there is information on the stock exchange or something. They are a publicly traded company, I would think.

I really do not either. I am not the business type, not like this in any case. But I know enough to know that most businesses with this kind of money would be on it somewhere.

I do not know in that case, but wouldn't that almost feel that much shadier? We could maybe get the police involved a bit more in that case.

The problem with that is that most of the police force probably don't see anything wrong. I know at least one guy is working on it but I don't know of anyone else.

Three in all that I have seen, all seem interested in finding something out, though how far they are getting, I could not say. Officer Togusa seems quite frustrated as a rule with the situation.

The rest are likely as you say they are.

Unless there was a cover up? Yes, I would imagine that would be the case. I cannot imagine the police would keep quiet in the middle of an insane crisis like this.

I usually have a good relationship with them myself, but many people have a more mixed review, I suppose. Still, this seems a bit beyond a local department's ability to hide. So, it is probably not a cover up.

I want to say they don't seem smart enough but that would imply that Retrospec is smart which is obviously fake.

In a battle of dull wits you cannot quite decide who is worse, can you? What a decision to have to make, between the police and retrospec. I think we must concede the foolishness to Retrospec after this video. That seems quite apparent.

I think at this point you have to be a slug in order to be lower on the intelligence scale than Retrospec.
And even then I'm not too sure about that?
Slugs have managed to live this long.

Slugs have survived being a delicacy in my homeland. I think they are far more cunning than we often give them credit for being. Though, I suppose that is more snails than slugs, but the differences are surprisingly small.
