Does the disappearance of an entire species from the public consciousness strike you as a bit odd? And I just spent a good thirty minutes stuck inside the most suspicious headquarters building imaginable!

But I've never known them all TOGETHER! And they sure don't have blue or purple hair.

And, I dunno. I felt like I sort of woke up after it, it was the middle of the night. Either it woke me up, or I woke up and it happened, or-- I thought it was just a dream, but it felt different than that!

In fairness, there's not exactly a good rational explanation for the chickens, either. Or the beads... or even the app...

But, uh. Yeah. I saw ... brightly colored cute little animals floating in the air. Which I realize, kind of makes me sound like I was drunk. (I wasn't.)

For the record, though, I myself have not seen any flying animals recently that are not normally capable of flight.

You know, that makes me wonder: Can chocobos fly. Can they glide. If they can do either, doesn't that change a lot of things beyond just doing the same thing as horses?

They seem awfully big to be flying. Ostriches can't fly. They probably just run around and stomp things.

Hmm. They don't have chicken shoes, so I believe chocobo shoes would be out of the question.
