but I was talking more about haunted buildings, ghost sightings, that sort of thing. not just the pretend ones for halloween or creepypasta, but the genuine article as well

Ami Aihara well most of the fake haunted houses and such are only available around Halloween, as you'd expect
but Deep Six and Screamhaus are open year round, on the weekends!
they're kind of rivals, so when one decided to stay open the other did too :)
there's a couple of places that do real life ghost tours as well. of those, I most highly recommend Revenants of Recolle
sadly you can't go inside the old museum (it's been condemned for longer than I have been alive), but RoR still incorporates it in the tour
