No NPC response will be given. Usernames are the character's full real AU names, not aliases or chosen nicknames or usernames, and seemed to have filled themselves in; nothing characters do can change or obscure their names currently. Characters who have been in game for more than one month will find they can change their profile pictures; newcomers are locked into their first choice. The reporting organizations of this world do not yet seem to care much. Indeed, it appears as if all but we Chosen are in on a gigantic practical joke. Not even the loss of horses and non-grinning apples were accounted for.

As time wears on, however, I am less and less inclined to believe that this is mere japery at play. Sinister dealings are afoot, my compatriot!

I think you're right. I mean, honestly until today I didn't notice the horses and the dancing fruit? So maybe if EVERYONE at the news was like me, I can see it... but not when there are packages and stalkers and people getting injured!

It it helps, people do tend to notice large physical discrepancies. A glance at this application's history will tell you that.

And who knows? Perhaps, in time, more and more of the uncomprehending masses will open their third eyes to the truth. In which case, I will welcome them into our merry fold with open arms! *opens arms*

Ah, well, that is different. It appears that wider changes to the city are still being outright ignored at this time. Still the folk of this fine township chatter amongst themselves, turning away from our desperate pleas. They walk through the valley of the shadow of death, and will fear no chocobos.

So changes to reality = no one notices unless they have this app, but changes to a particular person (which only happens if you're on the app) = everyone notices? Weird. What kind of changes?

You will have to ask others for the finer details when it comes to physical changes, but I have noticed users complaining of sporting different hair colors - undyed, and unaltered by their own hand, of course!

As for wider changes...you have already been informed of the whole dancing fruit affair. I will never quite become accustomed to eating a smiling apple. Jim truly is an intimidating warlock. *lowers arms back down again in sadness*

Ugh, don't remind me. I have to use lemon/lime wedges all the time for drinks at work and I don't know how I'm going to do it now that they can stare back at me.

But that's interesting about hair colors! I kind of hope I get something cool. If we all get something like that, I mean.

They do stop dancing eventually. Be glad they do not samba in your stomach! Such a repulsive thought sends me into shivers even now!

*chuckles* I would quite like deepest purple. I never seem to have time to bewitch my own locks with colorful potions, and bleaching is a bother when one's hair is as midnight-dark as my own.

I guess there's that, but now it's a lot more like I'm killing something that's alive to add flavor to a drink! I mean, I guess lemons and limes were always alive, but this is different!

Hahaha! For me, I think a streak of blue or pink would be cute! But my brother would be pretty upset... Maybe if I told him I couldn't help it, he'd just have to blame this app he's never heard of, he'd freak out a little less... Totally good excuse, right?
