Thank you for your email - I apologise for the delay in replying. 

In terms of the actual infrastructure and the set up of networks at convention location, that has been graciously covered by the venue. I will admit, however, that my area of expertise lies in software and I am looking for a team of people who would be able to handle overseeing the provided set up as well as to run any technical maintenance over the weekend. 

Have you had any experience in handling large scale events? Not a deal breaker but it would be good for me to know.

Volunteers get all three plus compensation of $40 for every five hour shift per day. If you would like to come on board as staff, however, a compensation package can be discussed in person.

Would you be available to meet either today or tomorrow, preferably in the afternoon? I like to see who I'm working with before further discussion.

I could always use photographers since it's a four day event and it would make sense for people to cover the event in shifts so that no one is burnt out.
