This includes the echo flowers in the Recollé woods! NPCs seem to be incapable of seeing this color still, however, and will not note any differences. The color does not seem capable of being transferred to anything else, either, and any attempts to do so will simply fade the color of the thing you were trying to use to do that. Surely, there must be an explanation. But it seems to be intentionally kept from us.

Yes. Objects appear to be a certain colour because they reflect light of those colours. If only some objects are restored as opposed to everything, then it would rule out the possibility of physics being changed.

It would be something to do with our eyes.

By all means, it should be. I have conducted tests, and my main conclusion so far is that the company is somehow preventing us from doing so.

I do not think that is a mystery that can be solved by science at this point. It is akin to asking the reason why water is composed of two elements.

I have considered the possibility that reality may be malleable.

If reality changes, but it is still the reality you belong to, it should stay 'our' reality. Think of it like oceans shifting. What I am concerned about is whether they are able to veil us from our reality.
