We just don't have the time and resources to cater to all your "where is x item, what the fuck" complaints, so we had to streamline. The polls were the result of that! Coded them myself. I mean, Maurice did some of it, but I did most of it. So basically we're democratically crowd-sourcing what we're going to bother to fix for you! You can send thank you notes to the building, HR doesn't mind. So far it seems like you all care about the color blue most, so we fixed it! A little, anyway. I suggest a bracing walk through the woods if you particularly missed the color and don't feel like gazing deeply into a hobo's eyes. You've all been reading up on QR codes, right? You might also want to learn to start a fire. Just a tip. Jim Halloway Research & Development Retrspec Incorporated As per the World Regains tracker, fruits and flowers that were once blue are once again blue. This includes the echo flowers in the Recollé woods! NPCs seem to be incapable of seeing this color still, however, and will not note any differences. The color does not seem capable of being transferred to anything else, either, and any attempts to do so will simply fade the color of the thing you were trying to use to do that. Looking through official posts from Retrospec... the first time we heard from Jim directly was his video proposal to Janet. He mentioned wearing green. If I remember correctly, didn't we get prompts around that time to wear green? My phone shocked me when I tried to refuse...

After that, the next time he talked to us was the map wikihow. In that post he also mentioned that we needed to make our secret meetings more exciting, and that he's on surveillance duty.

He does seem to tell us about things that will be upcoming in some way. The green, the maps... now fire and the QR codes. Not to mention his friendly reminder that he watches us. Isn't he essentially telling us what Retrospec is up to?

don't forget, after he mentioned surveillance duty and making our meetings more exciting, that's when we all started getting stalker photos

it pisses me off, but the stuff he decides to mention in his posts always wind up being related

so what are some reasons besides setting the retrospec building that we'd need to know how to build fires? it's summer now so we shouldn't need them for warmth, unless we're about to have some freak christmas in july sort of thing

You're right. He really has been hinting all along at what will be coming next.

I'd think it's either about to get abnormally cold despite the season, or we need to survive in the wilderness. Why else would you build a fire? In a blackout, you'd find flashlights, or light candles. You wouldn't need to build a fire in that scenario, would you?

that's a good point, unless all our electronics spontaneously die we've got other forms of light

and i'm pretty sure they want us to have access to this network so they can keep an eye on everything we're doing

what about the woods? there was something in there luring people in last month, right? i wonder if it's related somehow
