The first milestone for the second of the colors lost has been met, and accordingly we have diverted resources to fix what could be fixed. R&D has alerted me that a bigger loss may occur in the near future, and I would advise you to be careful, though I am afraid neither they nor I can be much more detailed than that. You can't. No one can delete the app. Even if you stop using all devices, Retrospec's effects on you stay the same. We've tried.

The best way we've figured so far is to simply deal with what comes, and try to find answers.

I was being dramatic. But, still kinda believe that I'm being subjected to a series of mind tricks as a result of a drug experiment. Otherwise, I have to buy into the claims that colors have been "lost" and can be "fixed."

Jim never has, so it stands to reason Janet won't, either. In fact, we've never had any answers from Retrospec directly, despite repeated attempts to try and get through to them.
