Ok so.

Not to rain on anyone's parade or anything, but I'm pretty sure that I didn't willingly download this app onto my phone. Hell, I didn't do anything that should've downloaded unsolicited malware. I'm also pretty sure that I didn't give this app permission to access any of my personal info, including, using my name.

I'm gonna just take a wild guess and say this app is in violation of a couple of different anti-spam laws. And, is a massive invasion of privacy, for that matter.

Seriously, though, I'm pretty sure this is illegal, and you definitely picked the wrong guy to "beta test" your app or whatever this is.

The worst part of it is that I think I was finally getting to a place where they realize that I'm doing good work and I'm not just here because of my dad. But nope, now I've gotta talk to my boss, tell him my phone's infected with malware, and we've got a giant security breach and it's going to be all... "Oh Gerry, isn't he only here because his dad's a federal judge? Of COURSE he'd screw it right up. This is just another example of NEPOTISM at its finest."

Sorry for the small novel. It's just, I don't understand how this happened. I AM THE MOST SECURE PERSON ONLINE EVER.

Because - and I realize how impossible this sounds, but please spare me the 'that sounds mad!' comments and accept that I'm telling you the honest truth - no one but those who have the app can see it.

So what is there to report, to those who don't have it?

Katherine Lutece It is illegal, but it doesn't matter. From what I've learned, those that don't have the app aren't able to see it at all. Something will happen to shut the app down and hide it from their sight.
Katherine Lutece Two months ago we all began receiving surveillance photos of ourselves. I tried to ask my father about pursuing legal action and he couldn't see any of it.

Join the club, none of us willingly downloaded this app onto our phones, and we sure as hell didn't give them any permission to access information that should not be accessible in the first place.

Are they still calling it a beta-test when they're trying to sell this app? People have been on here for half a year, now.
