Looking for a missing person!!

Hey, has anybody seen Shouto Todoroki since the monster attack?

I can't seem to reach him and when I went over to his house his family flat-out told me that a person like that never lived there. I mean, whack the hell?!???!?!

He's 16, tall, handsome with some ridiculous split in the half two-toned hair (red & white) and a stoic pokerface that can be taken as either intimidating or scary. Other tell-tale marks are a terrible sense of humor and a penchant to set himself on fire without getting burnt by it.

The Shouto I know is about as much of a cop as I'm a nun. But yeah, he's missing big time as it seems. And not just him.

I wish I had a clue. It's probably something to do with retrospec and how nothing is working anymore, it seems like a whole slew of people vanished and those without retrospec treat it like they do any other weirdness.

That seems to be the deal from what I've gathered so far. Maybe it's less of an experiment and more of a general case of somebody played with something they really shouldn't have and now there's glitches everywhere, the real world version(TM), than I thought.

Anyway, we gotta assume it's at least a dozen if not more - and we're on organizing some sort of search groups already. Just need some people who can actually lead and organize stuff and are willing to take charge since I know you can't trust me with that job.

[Also he's sixteen and not every 'adult' is gonna be mature enough to be willing to take calls from him. (Mostly he's just worried about all the responsiblity, though. What if he forgets something really obvious and messes up, making things even worse for those who are gone?!)]
