Yeah, it's not great. Though my reasoning for thinking I was a dick was because the person who supposedly flipped me on my back was crying and telling me that I shouldn't say she wasn't worthy of something.

Dunno. Unfortunately this is probably going to bother me on and off until I get more context.

at least you only have an idea that you were rude, rather than confirmation of being a literal villain.

i think that's the case with most of us regarding these memories. even if i don't want to know, it will still bother me to not understand it.

I mean considering some of the things we're remembering end up being something that could only be described as being ridiculous at best, it's going to bother most of them to see bits and pieces and not know the whole picture.

Pretty damn absurd. First thing I remembered was a sparring match with a guy with gold eyes. Though that's apparently pretty significant for me, it's been a bit of a running theme.

i don't really understand what's so remarkable about unnatural eye colors, but it's apparently not an uncommon focus for memories or changes.

Dunno. Won't know until I get that magic memory that'll help it all click into place, apparently.

if only there were an easy way to get those. the ones that actually made everything make sense.

the first month i was aware, everyone turned into living miniatures with no warning. that wasn't a good week for me.

it was very bad, actually. i quit my job because i refused to deal with it.

Yikes. I think that was during that two-month period when I was booted off the app. I remember my boss mentioning something about it to me once I was back on.

You been able to get back on your feet after that?

i have a better job than i used to, anyway.

your boss is on the network, then?

That's good. But yeah, he's on the network too. Helps when things get weird, anyway.

i can only imagine. actual sympathy from the person you work for. that must be nice.

It helps to a point.

Former. It's not exactly an orthodox setup, but it's worked well so far.

i suppose it gives you a bit more incentive to protect him, being the person who writes your paychecks and all.

Just a little. Probably also helps that when he's not being a colossal pain in the ass, he's actually a decent guy.

I get the implications of having this online for anyone else to see. It's more the principle.

Not sure if my experience is the best one to go off of, but the long and short of it was that I actually had put my resume in like anyone else, just for a security position. Few weeks and a couple tests later, interviews, background checks, drug tests, the usual - bam.

Technically I can't go into much more detail than that.
