Hi guys,
I have kind of a weird question, so bear with me... Would you trust this chicken to manage your real estate properties? How much would you pay a chicken for a job like this?
I wish I was joking, but I think past-me once employed a chicken. As a manager.
Really.

I couldn't just employ a chicken for free.

a chicken is gonna take cash money
go to the store
and buy chicken feed

I just know I definitely paid this chicken.

Something tells me I was making a lot of money.
Just judging by all the dumb things I remember throwing money at.
[ Like Pocket Circuit and Disco dancing... ]

So hiring a chicken wasn't all that weird?
[ Yeah, that's a stretch. ]

I'm just trying to wrap my head around why I would ever hire a chicken.

Like play golf against a government official.
Or playing with slot cars.

And then me and Kaz Miller bought tiny RC cars for that week where we were all small.
The chicken thing is more recent, I think it was because someone said a chicken could do a better job running Retrospec than the people in charge.

We might have to move again.
Though I want to keep the apartment until the lease is up.
