Hi guys, I have kind of a weird question, so bear with me... Would you trust this chicken to manage your real estate properties? How much would you pay a chicken for a job like this? I wish I was joking, but I think past-me once employed a chicken. As a manager. Really.

Nowadays I do residential but I guess back in my world I mostly handled commercial real estate.
