Hi guys, I have kind of a weird question, so bear with me... Would you trust this chicken to manage your real estate properties? How much would you pay a chicken for a job like this? I wish I was joking, but I think past-me once employed a chicken. As a manager. Really.

But see, not everyone wants to get a gift.
That's kind of why I figure a charity might be better.

A charity might not be a bad idea, no. Or just resources. I know there's some sort of training club, but I'm not sure it's something that everyone is comfortable with. Something more professional might be good?

Yeah, I can't go to those since I got back super strength a while ago.
Maybe someplace for people to try out their new abilities where they won't have to worry about getting looked at funny.
Though it'd be hard to run, since there's always a chance of people forgetting the app.

For that matter, purchasing some sort of property where people could test out powers wouldn't be a bad idea?

But as a legally owned one, it'd be perhaps a touch safer and more private, yes.

I'd just need a lot of money to repair the insides.
And a crew that doesn't ask too many questions.
