That's probably the smartest idea.

It wouldn't have your name all over it if it was trying to get your dad's, though. The more I hear about it, the less I like the idea but... I'm also curious. Still, be careful what kind of information you share.

Well, if nothing else, this should have managed to gather attention. There has to be a lawyer among our ranks.

I wonder if this is going to lead to some kind of class-action lawsuit? Can't really say it's breaking any TOS to sue them; they never provided one that I can tell, right?

Well, we'll save that for 'worst case scenario'.

I'm not above giving them benefit of the doubt that it's some kind of glitch in their system that it's not uninstallable. It does say it's a beta.

But it did net an interesting group of people. I can't figure out how we're all related.

Maybe that'll be what we can do while we wait to see what Retrospec does.

I just wish I could say I didn't have a bad feeling about the whole thing. And not just because of the questionable ethics.

I guess I'll have to be on the lookout for the app to install itself on other devices, though.

I think the worst part is that we just have to wait to see what happens. It seems our hands are tied otherwise. No one I've spoken to seems to know how to contact them.

I would recommend looking up lawyers either way. Physical violence or vandalism will just get YOU in trouble.

That does make it a little more complicated.

Still, I think a class-action lawsuit would be impending, since there's so many of us. You wouldn't have to foot the whole bill, if at all. Most of the time, they receive their money from the winnings of the lawsuit.

If you do use your music for income, though, you'd be a valuable asset in a suit against them if the data became corrupted somehow by their program.
