You do. have to feel bad for those that can't get out of that phase. I mean just think getting stuck in that mentality forever.
Like it's kind of how villains who do the whole spew with the end of the world speeches on,y to have it fall apart because they forgot to check that the crawl vents are easily accessed by the current animal companion of the hero. Just sad you know?

Now, I get the elderly aunt who managed to set her computer on fire and wanted me to tell her how to get her emails while it was still on fire
or her husband that wanted me to fix his coffee cup holder on his desktop after it broke
or that time my cousin complained that his computer mouse ran away
or that one business partner that wanted me to fix his connection during a city wide power outage

He ordered one of those computers in a box deal, which is okay for a 12 year old, but still, there was a living mouse in the box and no real mouse and he got a little confused when it ran away.

At least my immediate family is okay with them since we all work in the same fields, but still
