Well. Unless someone else has gotten an entire house from Retrospec, I rather think I win. In bragging rights, if nothing else.

You're a menace in more ways than one, though I'm specifically thinking of when I came back home last night.

And specifically, yes. I, ah, tried to send you something rather personal a few weeks ago, when everyone's texts were being sent to everyone else. He was one of three people who got that text.
