Realizing of course that some of us have been dealing with it since, oh, January? We've tried everything to get more out of them. Threats, cajoling, requesting help, even breaking into their HQ. Nothing.

And here is a video I took back in August. It's what I was going to send. But it's also proof of how out of our depth we really are. This is just the tip of the iceberg for weird.
