and the people running retrospec dont exactly say much about their personal lives
its probably better to give them the benefit of the doubt

It also sounds like they don't talk to people here often. At least not the way we talk to one another. If they did, who knows. Maybe things would change.

I'd like to believe that too. At the very least I don't want to judge them completely without understanding. However I can't entirely blame others for feeling the way they do about them either. This situation is frustrating in a number of ways.
