Been trying out some new food places during the holidays, which got me thinking: I'm sure Crepes Bonaparte serves great crepes and all, but... you have to admit, the name is pretty disappointing. I mean, you can't be a really good food truck unless you've got a good pun as your name, you know?

Now, if they'd decided to sell ice cream instead and been Neapolitan Bonaparte, I would totally get behind that.

Lol! That's a good one! You should totally trademark that and open your own ice cream business.

And for the record, Crepes Bonaparte DOES have really good crepes. It's one of my go-to places when I'm in the mood for desserts.

A crepe load of cream?

Agreed. I'd be more willing to eat out if the names were more creative.

Like a Chinese restaurant being called Wok and Roll.

Or why not crepes and ice cream? Those are a great combination!

crepes sounds like crap though
you can't really work with that

'we're crepes-y not crappy'
'you'd be crepes not to eat here'
'shovel down that crepes'
'we blow the crepes-y competition out of the water'
