Hello and happy new year! A lot of poll results came in from R&D and we've almost fixed taste all the way. Horses are almost fixed, too. We've been working pretty much non-stop around the holidays to stabilize everything, so I hope this works! Just so you guys know, while we were working on fixing the original problems we received some alerts of residual effects outside of our usual domain. Don't worry though! Remember what I said a while ago? We're still moving more resources around into better defenses to protect the city from huge storms like last summer. We'll be taking care of that really soon and isolating the unknown problem. I wish I could tell you more, but we're all working overtime here to finish the final stages of a big project. No matter what happens you guys should be safe while we finish up, so just stay calm, okay? Don't get too reckless! I'm at the high school teaching English and Drama. The uglier things get here the more it's confirmed we're going to do a comedy production this Spring. Retrospec is enough tragedy on its own.

Thanks man. I might need it. I moved here last August and haven't had a date since. Too busy settling in the new home, new job, and then I woke up with the app.

When taste is back completely I should have the class throw a pot luck party to celebrate. I just need to come up with an excuse that matches the lesson. Perfect excuse to beg the sister for one of her pies.

I bet there's a number of us who would use that app. Not that I'm against dating someone off of the app. It's more convenient though. Sharing the experience of knowing reality could implode any day now could bring you closer together. [So romantic!] Those of us on the app can at least do the right thing and be each other's wingmen.

Good goals! Reasonable considering our circumstances. I hope you make HELLA bank dude and that you do more than just survive classes. What are you studying?

No doubt. Pretty sure that it's a proven fact that near death experiences will push people to leap into each other's arms even against logic. Don't blame them. If the sky started raining down fire I'd turn to my crush and ask if they wanted to make out.
