Hello and happy new year! A lot of poll results came in from R&D and we've almost fixed taste all the way. Horses are almost fixed, too. We've been working pretty much non-stop around the holidays to stabilize everything, so I hope this works! Just so you guys know, while we were working on fixing the original problems we received some alerts of residual effects outside of our usual domain. Don't worry though! Remember what I said a while ago? We're still moving more resources around into better defenses to protect the city from huge storms like last summer. We'll be taking care of that really soon and isolating the unknown problem. I wish I could tell you more, but we're all working overtime here to finish the final stages of a big project. It's probably not that weird.
I know there are a few other people who can do what I do.
My very first memory I received was sort of kind that, except without any real context so I couldn't figure anything out.

I think it's just a matter of stitching things together and hoping the picture you create isn't insane.

It's modified, looks like some kind of steampunk monstrosity of a gun, and shoots electric bullets.
The bullets you can buy in those weird vending machines around the city, the Circus of Values things.

Although it's probably a waste of money for anyone who doesn't have a gun like yours if they choose that particular option.
I guess it makes sense though.
What's the point in giving you a weapon that you wouldn't be able to use over something as minor as a lack of ammunition?

The vending machines are from the other Eleanor's city.
And I got the gun after they showed up
I guess there is some insane system going on, maybe?

And I don't really know if you can use the bullets from the vending machine in a regular shotgun.
I've never even owned a gun before this one showed up.
I don't even like guns.

Yeah.
One of my roommates doesn't have any powers.
So I told her to use it if something happened.
So she could protect herself.

But she forgot about the network so I don't know if she would now if something strange did happen.
