He's uncertain, but adds more to cover up his uncertainty. ] Though, with Valentine's Day is coming, most are thinking of just wishing for someone to spend that day with, hm? :)

He is probably feeling particularly negative about the whole situation there.
If you could do one favor for me, I would like you to be negative with him.

It’s true. Howard-san has been miserable since the moment he stepped onto the boat to come here. Maybe even before.

I don’t blame him for not liking the ocean after what happened to him, and not feeling comfortable in crowds.

Howard is the sort of person that enjoys darkness more than light.
That isn't to say that he hates bright people.
But he's the sort of person that will wither in perpetual sunlight.
At least, that is how I've come to know him.
If he's given some darkness to hide under, I think he'll feel a little less anxious.

They're aren't terrible. The mayor is presently missing along with a few other people. Though, when I say missing, I mean that I'm fully aware as to where he is and it seems like only those with the app are aware and can save them. Also, love is in the air -- with violent explosions of rose petals and body disfigurements.
