Thank you!! I think I bothered some people at diners (I'm a vegetarian) with it buuuuut! Mostly I've just gone to the shelter or pet store or aquarium more.

That's been my assumption. I can't think of what else it could be, other than I think it's been worse when I leave it in my apartment instead of carrying it around.

I've been on one of the expeditions out of the city, so leaving it anywhere hasn't been an option in my case.

I've been having difficulty experiencing the feelings the stone is supposed to invoke; I suspect that may be part of it, at least.
