I guess it is pretty cool. Yes, an owl of my very own. It seems that wizards in that universe use owls to deliver mail. I named him Bronte. He's an Eagle owl.

He is actually a very well behave owl (not that I've known other owls). His face is quite expressive and he enjoys delivering letters for me. I think my cat if finally starting to get along with him, though they've been separated for about a month (differing pet sitters) so now I'm not sure anymore.

He sounds great. It makes me want an owl of my own. Or any pet, really! I love animals a lot, especially cats.
