It's selfish, but she wished that there was someone that she was closer to in that group... but at the same time, the outcome of it all might have ended up a lot more messy than any of them would have wanted, considering what actually came up. Not that she'd.

Oh, you wouldn't know, would you... well, in Japan, we celebrate White Day which is a holiday where people who got a gift on Valentine's Day had to return the favor.

I mean, I did give you something for Valentine's Day, but it's just tradition, you know! There's even the term of sanbai gaeshi where the return gift has to be two to three times worth the Valentine's gift, so just the chocolates I gave you on Valentine's Day won't do!!
