hey! a while back at the beginning of the month i talked about getting people together to start forming a training coalition/volunteer crisis response team or whatever (this thing) and then this whole month went completely stupid as usual.
so anyway i still want to do that! i know everybody who replied thought it was a good idea and i am hoping to do the first meeting maybe in the first or second week of may and we just hope that the city is a lot less annoying next month.

maybe may 6th or something?

until then if you did not talk to me about this already and you're interested in training and organizing and being part of a crisis response team let me know.

if you already did, do me a favor and fill out the following so i can sort everybody? that would be helpful.

name:
age:
date you received the retrospec app:
abilities:
other skills/strengths:
do you work well with big groups or small groups:
other notes:

…anyway yeah! any other questions i guess you can ask them here.

I was non-commissioned officer at the Air Force for almost a decade and a half. If nothing else, I can run drills, though I might be helpful here and there besides.

I can definitely help with all of those, so long as there's a modicum of trust in both directions in the whole thing.

[ He's way too aware of bad habits regarding discipline that he's dealing with and are really not appropriate for civilian life. ]

I'll keep an eye out.

Oh, and from what I remember, I'll probably be able to fly eventually, but I've no idea when something like that'll come back.

But, for now, practical organizational experience it is.

The trust I mean tends to be a little more limited - knowing that the person beside you will have your back when it's needed, or will not mislead you when they give information, that doesn't necessarily include utter honesty - but there are ways to grow into that, so it is possible that more can be developed, too.

The me from before hated himself for flying, so I'm assuming there are complications attached, but I'm still looking forward to it, I think.

Sometimes, there are things for only a few others to know, not everyone. But a solid trust, to know each other's strengths and weaknesses and be able to work together well, is probably a solid objective.
Yeah. Are there things you remember that you're looking forward to getting, or are you pretty much set?
