Don't bother the techs.

Seriously, don't. I'm not entirely sure what's going on but all I'm getting is that it's the equivalent of being hacked and someone who knows layer theory better than we do is out there screwing things up and tampering with the project.

I don't have a really good update for you guys, but bear with us. Please?

i probably am. i'm just trying to understand things. i'm sorry.

-If we can't trust Retrospec at their most basic word we've got even less to go on, so there's probably at least some kernels of truth in there even if they're being evasive as fuck
-Ergo there's probably someone "hacking" us though we don't know why
-It's probably bad if whoever's "hacking" us can read what we're saying here
-Retrospec might not be intentionally causing us problems but they're still shitty at fixing them

i can't say i blame them for being "bad" at fixing things. some of us can't even fix problems between two people, so i can't imagine the kind of stress they're under trying to keep everything together.

They always struggle to fix things and they never explain just what it is they have to fix to us

When they enlist our help they don't tell us how it helps, just that it will, and then send us on harebrained adventures

i'm just trying to say that i understand. that's all it is. it's a very stressful job on top of the communication problems that they should work on.

All of us just got this app and all these problems dumped in our laps and we still don't have any real satisfying explanations or ways to prevent shit from getting worse

they probably want us to rely on each other for help. maybe together we know more than they do because we're out here living in the city and they're in their building monitoring things.
