Probably not. But at this point I'm frustrated enough to try. I have zero faith in Retrospec to do anything but make things worse, so I might as well see for myself what "worse" is.

I must sincerely apologize but I really don't feel that someone in your position should make those decisions so recklessly. Especially given the fact that you have people under your care who rely on you. If you expose yourself to the worst then you are volunteering them for the same without seeing if they are alright with that.
