Two questions for Beta Squad.
  1. Have you had Retrospec deliver anything to you that didn't feel like it was yours?

  2. Has anyone tried returning things to Retrospec?
For the record, if you received anything that had a tag of Yuri's Angels attached, no, I didn't send it, no, I don't want it, no, I'm not a spy, no, I don't have a fanclub, no, it isn't a freaking religious affiliation and no, I don't have a secret admirer at Retrospec anymore than I have an explanation for why this happened.

Anyone who feels like trying a return lmk.

Edit: Anyone else named Yuri please contact me ASAP, tyvm.

How cruel! I detest roaches!

Hmmm, but enough of the humor, I think. Yes. It was quite a frightening part, for me, but during the vision I seemed unafraid of anything that was going on. It was as if it were all so very normal. I think that was what was the most frightening afterwards.

How could I have felt this was normal?

It seemed fairly clearly that my vision self was very much used to it. I vaguely recall remembering where every weapon in the room was. I even remember the model of her gun somehow, though I have never held a gun in my life. There was a familiarity to it all, as if I were used to it.

It is very strange compared to myself.

It is very much like it is a second life we are forced to see, isn't it? But I don't expect them to be clearer. If anything they seem to like leaving us in suspense.

Mine simply seems like fiction, not science fiction, but yes. It does feel a bit like watching... and experiencing a movie from the inside. I would never have thought of my life as being like this, after all.

No, I certainly hope it is not. But that does not explain the presence of the cloak, or the strange things I have seen others do, does it?

Explain starts to fall into the category of science fiction, very quickly, does it not? It is like watching a fantasy film, only we cannot see the wizard waving their wand.

On face value, but here they are both fantastical. Impossible if you will. It fits us either way. But what we need is to find those puppeteers. So that we can somehow put an end to this.

That would make a certain amount of sense if these were dreams, wouldn't it? That, and I do enjoy a good spy thriller, so that may be a part of it. Of course, I don't know that it explains much else, but it is an amusing thought.

If I can somehow find amusement in the midst of the insanity, I will take it. But, I think I have pestered you enough. I will speak to you after we have our next club meeting for the angels, ok?
