end all of humanity at the very least
now you could live and let all that bullshit happen
i mean god knows how long you'll even be okay with something like that living in you

Others have probably already pointed out that dying may not be a permanent solution to the problem. It might work, but it might not. It's something to keep in mind, anyway.

With just the information you've given it certainly does sound awful. But it is a bit hard to tell exactly what the situation is like. Does the parasite take over entirely?
