So here's the thing…

We have a lot of work left to do. Those of you who ventured down below got a taste of what we're looking at and hopefully that means we can make better preparations. I'm working on opening a new portal based on your energy readings and getting it to stabilize itself so you aren't stuck down there longer than you have to be. May take a few days, but I'm hoping to get a map drawn up, too.

How many of you have been out to Magatus? You might wanna compare notes…the influence started spreading even further. It's better to bring everything and everyone out there back to the city where we can put up forcefields and I can monitor from here.

So what am I saying? I need two teams, a rescue team and an exploration team. Take some time to decide, figure out your skills, organize and arm yourselves. Assignments will go out when you're ready, and when I'm ready.

I don't love Magatus, but I've been there before. Can we expect the curse with the talking trees again? Or something new and exciting and even more dangerous?

I will take a hard pass on the talking trees. That was fucked up.

Big mood. I'd be thrilled if I never dealt with anything like that ever.

I would pick going over a waterfall again over those trees.

I'd pick the creepy doll replicas of our friends over the trees.

I'd pick climbing a giant beanstalk into the sky and spending the night in a one room cabin with eleven other people over the trees.

I'd pick negotiating with a fire spirit possessing a vending machine and spitting cans of Monster at me over the trees.

I'd pick fighting a giant spider shaped hand monster over the trees.

No idea what your talking about, but probably something diffrent.

Last month I had a personal black hole at night that seriously hurt like a bitch at all times, no fun.

An actual literal black hole?

Yes, if I shoved things inside of it, I felt some relif from a hole in my heart for a bit.

That sounds like a metaphor for something.

Yeah...It's probably obvious what it is NOW in hindsight.

At the moment though? I just wanted it to stop hurting so much.

I'd have done the same in that situation.

Yeah...other things happened that I'm not proud of though.

A black heart got to me and I came pretty close to killing someone. Just...ugh, mind was getting freaking warped I hate it.

Give me demons that wanna kill me or an invasion of bugs...just stay out of my head.
