So here's the thing…

We have a lot of work left to do. Those of you who ventured down below got a taste of what we're looking at and hopefully that means we can make better preparations. I'm working on opening a new portal based on your energy readings and getting it to stabilize itself so you aren't stuck down there longer than you have to be. May take a few days, but I'm hoping to get a map drawn up, too.

How many of you have been out to Magatus? You might wanna compare notes…the influence started spreading even further. It's better to bring everything and everyone out there back to the city where we can put up forcefields and I can monitor from here.

So what am I saying? I need two teams, a rescue team and an exploration team. Take some time to decide, figure out your skills, organize and arm yourselves. Assignments will go out when you're ready, and when I'm ready.

Ah. The right gamble is always satisfying, that is why we live. We live to take chances at the right dosage. Free gambling might be what fits my lifestyle best, now. I don’t think I’ll say no to some harmless wheel spins.

Are there ways to play with more people? I would like to play something like that with you.

you can be friends with someone in the game and use one of their party members in battle
and if your party members get used you start getting friend points that let you use the absolutely free-to-play gacha
which is always open and has a lot of the lower-level stuff, but it's really good for beginners and it's totally free, and sometimes they update it stealthily without telling anyone about it
(they put in a secret 0-star servant last year and i'm still trying to pull him)
(he's not very good, i just want him, you know?)

anyway, um
it's called destiny#noble rule, or d#nr for short
it's part of a much much bigger series called destiny# (the # is silent)
things like destiny#null and destiny#spurio, which is the newest(?) one
i still haven't watched any of them all the way through
but d#nr makes sense even if you don't know the rest of the series!!!
that's another thing about it that i like, is that i don't need to be a scholar of destiny# to understand it
i can just turn it on and let it help me smile

It still sounds like an adventurous past time is I want to sit. I am downloading this as we speak.

don't be surprised if you get spooked, though!
one of the things the game likes to do sometimes is make it look like you have a silver (3*) coming
and then the card starts shaking and suddenly turns gold!

i'm talking like i'm some kind of pro at the game, even though i really only got into it because of someone else...

see, the thing that i learned about this game when i tried to pick it up after the Other Me (not Two, it's complicated) was super interested in it
is that you can play by knowing the metagame really well and using the best servants for the task,
or you can play with your favorites.
and it's a lot more fun for me if i play with my favorites!!!

so i always kind of get a little nerdy about it
but i'm trying not to apologize or be ashamed about it as much as i used to

i'm sorry, i think i got a little too caught up in myself, but, um.
i am proud of myself! i am, i know i'm doing a lot and i have a lot to be proud of.
it just also kind of feels silly to me that, like

this is specifically about d#nr don't worry this isn't part of a bigger Thing
but i only started playing it because a few months ago there was this weird shift in the world
and i turned into someone who was like me, but shifted a little to the side? almost?
that's a strange way of saying it... (╯•﹏•╰)

she was me, but she was me with something DIFFERENT about her, and i'm not sure what it was
but she was happy
she had problems that i don't have, but she met someone she loved more than anyone
and they were able to be there for each other, and help each other grow and learn
and they cared about each other so, so much, more than i can even remember

because a couple months later she just didn't exist anymore and i was back, the way i am now, the way i guess i've always been?
and i only had bits and pieces of who she was and what she was like

um, anyway, i guess what i'm saying is
d#nr was really important to her
so i started playing it so it doesn't feel like she's gone from who i am
