so a lot of people have been talking about receiving packages in the mail from retrospec lately. we've had fruit, stuffed animals, various accessories... but i want to know more about the other things people have been getting. the weird changes that don't make sense

like anya suddenly being fluent in russian or yin's eyes changing color

how many of you guys have had stuff like THAT happen so far? what sort of changes are we seeing here?

people have been getting these flashes over the past month and a half, and now some people are turning up with these random physical changes or abilities they definitely didn't have the day before. i wanna know if there are just a couple people who've experienced this or if it's more common than we think


on a somewhat related note, who here knows anything about swordfighting? i think i want to try something

I do not think that it was retrospec specifically, but I have had a little change. I believe that I got rather intoxicated on mardi gras and dyed my hair the color I recalled it being in my visions. Perhaps that does not count, though, no?

[Except, while she did get shit-faced drunk on Mardi Gras, she hadn't dyed her hair. She was just not remembering properly that evening, and in a few weeks, when there weren't black roots, there'd be a whole other conversation coming.]

So far, I got two of those visions so far as well a watch from my package. But so far, there are no changes to my appearance so far.

But then again, I agree that this is completely strange to have anyone have their appearances changed overnight.

The more people talk about "strange happenings" the faker it seems. Most people are probably lying about it so they can post and get attention too.

As for Retrospec... why anyone would accept gifts from them is beyond me, and incredibly stupid.

When I was at the University, there was a Kendo club, not exactly a University Club, because they practice nearby, but sort of the University club by proxy because the vast majority of their students are college students.

Not a skill I ever picked up, but a group of people from the Japanese Student Union did.
