[luckily, this half-naked guy has some interesting accessories to keep him warm. they're doing a good job of it, if the colour on his deadpan face is anything to go by]

[as he's talking, he crosses his arms, and the floaties squeak!! around his biceps. a red eye twitches, ever-so-slightly]

These are just some of the qualities that we cultivate in the RU swimming team. tryouts are whenever the captain or i are free. the roster's going to be light after graduation, so we're trying to ingrain freshman swimmers as fast as possible.

we're a competitive swimming club, so there is diving, but there's no synchronized swimming. we do competitions, relays, races, that kind of thing. do you have a preferred stroke already, or are you a beginner?
