Welcome to Retrospec™, the last social media network you will ever need. You are one of the few selected to test this exciting new platform based on our cutting-edge algorithms. Less than two hundred invitations have gone out, and membership is not currently open to the public. However, we hope you will come to see how useful Retrospec™ is, given time. We have for your use a variety of features such as text, voice, video, and image posts. We encourage you to explore our many options.

Please feel free to use this post as a network mingle. Every toplevel can be considered a new post, and threadjacking is permitted. No NPC response will be given. As a reminder, everything besides uploading a profile picture and information was locked until this post. Usernames are the character's full real AU names, not aliases or chosen nicknames or usernames, and seemed to have filled themselves in; nothing characters do can change or obscure their names currently. Oddly, profile pictures still cannot be swapped out at this time, so hopefully you took a good one.

Of course you do, how silly of me. I guess I've never really spoken with police officers very much. It seems as good a time as ever, yes?

France. I used to live in the lowlands near the Pyrenees. I've only been living here for a few years. Are you from Japan then?

Oh wow. I never got a chance to visit Europe. A part of me has wanted to go on an art museum tour though.

Yeah. Kawasaki, Kanagawa Prefecture. I came here for school. My parents still live there.

How do you like it here then?

The foothills of the mountains are beautiful, especially in winter. I lived on a lovely little vineyard with my mother for years. I definitely miss the sight of the sun setting in the spring, or the first dawn at winter.

So we both came here for school? I guess that's pretty normal, isn't it? I certainly like it, though it's a lot more busy than anything I knew before. Ever since I got my citizenship, it's taken me a while to get used to living alone.

That sounds beautiful. Kawasaki is a big city, like Recolle. You always had to get out of town a bit to see the countryside.

Maybe it made me more used to the big city. How long have you been here, then? No family came with you?

I can only imagine. Recolle is the biggest city I've ever been in in my life. So, it's been an adjustment for me.

About two years. I came as an exchange student, and I got my citizenship after I graduated. I've been getting money saved up for college. My mother still lives in France. It was just the two of us, but I want to be able to bring her and my girlfriend here one day.
