not from the arm anyway
never had any
the doctors said i was like three months healed out of it even though it just happened overnight

i keep trying to do stuff with my left arm and getting mad when nothing happens and then remembering like
oh yeah of course it didn't work i don't have anything THERE any more
but the doctors said that it's good
bc the way this prosthetic works relies on me having that feeling still there
or something

I recognize the brand from some pamphlets
Doctors tried to get me in one years back
Couldn't afford it until the lawsuit settled
By then I was so used to being without it

yeah we had to convince the insurance companies it was medically necessary
and after that they HAD to cover it
like all of it
mostly
however the hell insurance works i don't actually know
and then i had to spend a month training on how to actually move the damn thing
it sure as hell took a while

the police filed paperwork on them for mailing me a body part and it just disappeared like it never even existed
