text | with regards to the lie of yuri's angels (dated morning march 10th)
Two questions for Beta Squad.
Anyone who feels like trying a return lmk.
Edit: Anyone else named Yuri please contact me ASAP, tyvm.
- Have you had Retrospec deliver anything to you that didn't feel like it was yours?
- Has anyone tried returning things to Retrospec?

And yes, I did receive something in the mail. I did not think it was mine, but there may be a connection. I am not sure. It depends on if this vision is real or not.

( there is no yuri's angels in recolle; he doesn't even remember there's ever been one, though at this rate... )
Okay, but you're saying whatever it was, it might relate to one of the hallucinomemories people have been having? Not a dream or anything.
no subject
[Nope, he wasn't getting out of this. This was far too much fun, and she was all too happy to make his life miserable with fan-club shenanigans. Ok, she wouldn't try that hard. That would be silly, but she could tease.]
A curious word, but I think I know your intent. The items I have found, or that were mailed to me recently, both related to a vision I had, either before I found them, or after it was mailed to me. I received a fork, that I remembered finding when I met with a new friend during the blackout. The cloak, I remember from all of those visions.
I appear to have no fashion sense in my hallucinations, and adore this cloak. I am always wearing it.

wait
( shit. probably they could enable a bunch of trollers. GREAT. )
Wait, wait, so things from your visions came through. But only the stuff you had, right? The cloak was something you were in and then it was delivered to you.

[Sorry, Yuri, she's laughing way too hard about this and glad this was a texting based medium. Still, there were important things to discuss too, so he got a second message a little later.]
Actually, the fork came to me, and then I had a vision about the time that I found it before. But they all seemed to be interrelated. It first arrived, and I had no idea why.
A fork out of the blue, as you might say.

( Where trolls deserve to LIVE. For a certain understanding of what it means to live. )
It prompted you into remembering? These stupid cats haven't done that for me. This is even stupider than I realised.
At least no one tried sticking said fork in you to see if you were done.

And heaven forbid someone would attempt to use it that way, though I do recall that the girl I took it from had kept it as a makeshift weapon. In case something happened, I guess?
[You mean in case you attacked her, Chloe. It's not nice to omit that very important detail, about how you stole someone's hold-out weapon because they were nervous you were about to attack.]

A fork? She couldn't find a steak knife or something?
no subject
I am not sure what she was thinking. Perhaps it was near at hand?
no subject
I... okay, that makes sense, actually.

In truth, what I saw was a little alarming in many ways. It felt like watching a spy thriller a little, only I was one of the actors. Everyone felt 'ready for anything.'
no subject
A spy thriller sounds way cooler than anything I've remembered. Way more dangerous, too.
no subject
And yes, there was a very real feel of danger. One of them pulled a gun on me, after all. They did not fire, but they were certainly pointing it at my head.
no subject
Wait, what the hell?! You're serious? That's way worse than potential fork stabbing stuff!

Hmmm, but enough of the humor, I think. Yes. It was quite a frightening part, for me, but during the vision I seemed unafraid of anything that was going on. It was as if it were all so very normal. I think that was what was the most frightening afterwards.
How could I have felt this was normal?

It is very strange compared to myself.
no subject
That's what it's been sounding like.
