Per the mod plotting post, you may use this post to obtain one of this month's freebies! This month's freebie can be earned by turning in a thread on this post that has 10 or more consecutive comments from you.

Please feel free to use this post as a network mingle. Every toplevel can be considered a new post, and threadjacking is permitted. No NPC response will be given. Alphas, Betas, and Epsilons will notice that network posts will continue to be tagged without names attached but rather their newly issued IDs. OOCly, IDs are comprised of their title, the date they showed up on the app, and the digits on your character's inbox post. So for example, the Recollé NPC who was on the app would have an ID of Beta#0201188329. While user pictures can be displayed, Retrospec users will also experience broken pixels on occasion that obscure the face of whoever they're speaking to. It kind of looks like one of those custom cake creations that went out of control.

Look, don't ask. It was a weird experience.

It sounds like you were told the best account of what happened that day. I can't add much to it because I wasn't involved with many there. I was there when Lina told me it was happening, and I fought along with Kara and some younger guy named Albert and that's where all my focus was.

Albert? I have no idea. He had a new magic weapon and maybe he thought he'd take it for a test run but it didn't react to him at all.
Not to worry, though. Kara and I kept him safe the whole time and I got him away from the action once I was sure he couldn't fight with us.

Honestly? Even with an explanation I don't really know how it all went down, I was just dragged in like the others in reaction to it.

Lina's family seems to want to deal with it in-house and I respect that.

Yeah, I'm hoping no sleepers got hurt. I'll admit I didn't stick around to check after things got hairy. i wasn't about to check if I could survive laser blasts.

Alpha#02010681 A number of us were falling into immersive dreamscapes, and we couldn't wake back up until a core problem was solved. First it was my own, then I drifted into one of a good friend of mine. We could still even see those clocks on our hands, so we knew time was passing, even thought it was passing strangely, because it was a dream.

Oh right, you said that. I can't read today.

I was involved in a few of those dreams, too. Both mine and others. It's basically how I came to know more clearly what the deal was with Yin and her life here in the city.

It's mostly just confusing. We're almost nothing alike, but somehow ended up looking completely the same - except for tattoos and piercings - and having almost the same name. Our family history wasn't the same as far as I could tell, besides just being raised so far apart from one another.

We both had the same memories of our other life, though. The one Retrospec gave us glimpses of.

It's an existential crisis in the making that's for sure.
