Also, someone else is telling me that nobody without this application will notice them. I don't understand how that's possible though.

I don't know, Rei. It sounds unbelievable but everybody else is telling me all about memories and powers and items and stuff. And how some things have been happening here that we all missed even though we've been here for a while.
It has to do with this app thing, even if it doesn't make any sense.
It's why I didn't notice Luna's hair wasn't supposed to be pink, I guess. Or why I didn't know about the monster attacks last summer.

Everybody's making it sound like the city's kind of in some weird magic sinkhole, but there's no proof of why.
