oh my gosh, i can make the BEST pumpkin bread (*^▽^*)
(the secret is go out and pick a fresh pumpkin instead of using the canned stuff because you can really feel the effort and love that went into it that way)
(unless you can't go out and pick pumpkins which is also okay!!! i don't want to be an elitist about this)

um anyway yes! the actual secret is i guess to treat it more like cake than bread? like you don't want to use yeast because it's supposed to be a thicker and denser bread instead of the fluffier white/wheat/etc ACTUAL bread

hahaha. they have pumpkins patches here! so it is way easier to get a fresh pumpkin than people might think.
but i also never knew that and suddenly everything makes a little more sense why it kept turning out sort of flimsy.
i don't know about excited but i like it and i've been teaching myself for years. my boyfriend can't cook for shit and my dad and my nanna taught me a lot of the basics so i'm picking up skills as i go. i think it's a cool thing to be excited about your hobbies though, so don't apologize for that.

heehee :3 well i'm glad it can help you and your boyfriend be happier, food is really something that can bring people together and it's actually how i started getting even closer with my sisters too and

it's good, cooking is good, that's all i'm saying. i'm going to have to look through the patches and see what our harvest is like! i know it's going to be high quality because everything in this city is high quality (except when it's pixels of course)

the patches are usually good! when i went last year they were huge and perfect which maybe should have been a little suspicious but it was worth it.
(and i'm glad food helped you get closer with your sisters, too. too bad we can't just bribe everybody with food. that'd be so much easier.)
