Certain trends in fashion can be understood without you copying the outfits one-to-one. For example, you can look at different outfits with patchwork florals and go 'oh, patchwork florals are in' and not have the SAME patchwork floral shirt as the model. It's a good way to see what works well paired together too - florals and bold stripes are both in but like hell I'd wear them together, that's a recipe for disaster. Models are "models" for a reason, they're there to show you what looks good and what's in for the season, but it's better to base your style off of that than just copy them one for one. That's creepy and kind of pathetic, if you don't have enough fashion sense to make your own outfit decisions. Plus, we don't all have model bodies, we're not going to be able to work it as well as Baren Kaiyou can.
