Every toplevel can be considered a new post, and threadjacking is permitted. No NPC response will be given. As a reminder, everything besides uploading a profile picture and information was locked until this post. Usernames are the character's full real AU names, not aliases or chosen nicknames or usernames, and seemed to have filled themselves in; nothing characters do can change or obscure their names currently. Oddly, profile pictures still cannot be swapped out at this time, so hopefully you took a good one.

To answer your inquiry, I believe cats make a better companion, preferably black cats.

Oh, are they? My parents used to own a cat and she was a darling. So I guess I do have more of an idea of how to look after them than a dog. Do you have a black cat right now?

Your enthusasiam is oddly refreshing but I'm quite reserved in opinion. I much rather not have my personal life on display, so my usage of this "app" might be limited.

I never once owned a pet but I was always fond of my neighbor's black cat. He was quite chubby with a round oval face and bright yellow eyes. A gentle soul who would sneak into my family's yard and frolic among mother's garden. He always used to sing when evening arrived; a lonesome ode to its youth.

That's understandable. Everyone deserves privacy and anonymity if they wish to have it. Not everyone will be willing to use that and that's alright.

You always had a way with words. I can almost imagine the cat frolicking in the garden, enjoying his activity before taking a break and then breaking out into his song for the moon. 🌕 🎶 🌹 🐈 🌹 He sounds like a sweetie and I know he lived a happy life if he got a chance to cross paths with you.

The neighbor's cat was such a charmer too. He was definitely a memorable part of my childhood. It's a shame he passed. My mother's garden been lonesome ever since.

Not everyone will get it but long as they don't bother or try to pressure you into doing. If they do though- Let me know! I'll do my best to defend you! 😤 ✊ I may not be the most intimidating but I've handled six-year-olds who were cranky about something. I think I can take on anything after that.
