haha fat isn't one of the adjectives I'd use but now that I think about it, western dragons look a lot cuter when they're made into cartoons

as for dragons:
i'm most familiar with the Western type in fiction and games, but there's something incredibly beautiful about the Eastern type as well...
though i admit i'm more partial to the wyvern sub-type, which i believe falls under Western.

I think the Western dragons have more charm to them.
But maybe that's because they were more pervasive in my childhood.

for me, one of the big appeals for eastern dragons is just how steeped in Japanese culture they are, it's hard to say the same for western dragons in American culture
